Simple & Delicious To Make At Home
The Perfect Espresso Martini
No special ingredients required, just good beans and good booze. Aged rum adds unmatched depth & complexity - no added sweeteners means we can go in a savory or sweet direction.
2 oz. The Real McCoy® 5 (or 12) Year Rum
1 oz. fresh brewed espresso (or cold brew concentrate)
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup (or Veritable Coffee Liqueur)
Shake with lots of ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with the 3 lucky espresso beans and a pinch each chili & cocoa powder.

Step it up with The Cacio e Spresso Rumtini
2 oz. The Real McCoy® 5 Year
1/2 oz. House Coffee Syrup*
1 tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Pinch of Sea Salt
Add McCoy and parm to tin then muddle until rum is cloudy. Add remaining ingredients with ice & shake until frothy. Strain into a coupe and garnish with shredded parm & fresh ground pepper.
*Coffee Syrup:
1 1/2 Cups Cane Sugar
1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
6 Tbsp Instant Coffee
2 Cups Water
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Heat all ingredients & simmer for 5 minutes.
