Dalgona Coffee Colada

Cocktail or All-friendly Sipper⁣

1.5 oz The Real McCoy 5 Year Aged Rum (optional)⁣
2.5 oz Pineapple Juice⁣
2.5 oz Coconut Water (We used Harmless Harvest)⁣
Topping: A Generous Dollop of Dalgona Coffee Whip*⁣

Add ‘McCoy, pineapple juice & coconut water in tin with ice and shake until frothy & frosty. Pour over fresh ice, allowing the foam into glass. Add Dalgona coffee on top. Stir into cocktail in slo-mo, appreciating the vibe. ;) ⁣


*𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 ———-⁣
2 Tbsp Instant Coffee (decaf or caf)⁣
2 Tbsp Raw Cane Sugar⁣
2 Tbsp Boiling Hot Water⁣
1/4 tsp Cinnamon ⁣

Measure into mixing bowl and use hand mixer or machine at higher speed to mix until it reaches whipped cream consistency - about 2-3 minutes.⁣
Makes enough for about 4 cocktails and can easily be scaled. Cover & refrigerate any leftovers for up to a week.⁣
